1. Service

Zenviofy is a web-based tool for authorized users to connect their own TikTok account and upload their own videos to TikTok drafts through the official integration.

2. Authorized use

The service may be used only with accounts and content that the user is authorized to access and upload. Users must comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights and TikTok's applicable rules and developer terms.

3. Connected platforms

Zenviofy relies on TikTok's official APIs. Availability, permissions, upload limits and draft behavior may change when TikTok updates its services. Zenviofy does not control TikTok and cannot guarantee its availability.

4. Content responsibility

The user remains responsible for all videos, captions, settings and upload actions. The user must have the necessary rights and permissions for every uploaded asset.

5. Prohibited use

• using the service to access or upload to accounts without authorization;
• circumventing platform safeguards, limits or access controls;
• uploading unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content;
• using the service to scrape, spam or manipulate platform engagement;
• interfering with the security or operation of Zenviofy or connected platforms.

6. Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued when necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or changes to third-party APIs. Material changes affecting users will be reflected in the public service information and applicable policies.

7. No affiliation

Zenviofy is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or any other connected social-media platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every draft upload or third-party integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.
