1. Service
Zenviofy is a web-based automation tool for preparing, managing, uploading and publishing the account owner's own social-media content through authorized platform integrations.
2. Authorized use
The service may be used only with accounts and content that the user is authorized to access, upload and publish. Users must comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights and the rules and developer terms of each connected platform.
3. Connected platforms
Zenviofy relies on third-party platforms and APIs. Availability, permissions, limits and publishing behavior may change when those platforms update their services. Zenviofy does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability.
4. Content responsibility
The user remains responsible for all content, captions, settings and publishing actions. The user must have the necessary rights and permissions for every uploaded or published asset.
5. Prohibited use
- using the service to access or publish to accounts without authorization;
- circumventing platform safeguards, limits or access controls;
- uploading unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content;
- using the service to scrape, spam or manipulate platform engagement;
- interfering with the security or operation of Zenviofy or connected platforms.
6. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued when necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or changes to third-party APIs. The service is currently provided as a private project.
7. No affiliation
Zenviofy is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or any other connected social-media platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every upload, publication or third-party integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.
